ORDERS

Orders will be processed Monday through Friday. Your order will be shipped within 5 days of receipt of the order. Weekend orders will be processed the following week. Please note that delivery times may vary during special occasions such as peak holiday times and depending on the zip code.

Your order may take between 4 to 7 days to arrive. Availability and price of products are subject to change. Orders are processed subject to availability and stock. 

PRE-ORDERS

Sizes on pre-orders cannot be changed, exchanged, or refunded.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS/DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

Digital Products and digital downloads are non-refundable. The downloadable link is unique to the buyer and can only be used once. Links are not shareable. 

RETURN POLICY

All merchandise must be returned within 10 days of purchase. Returns or exchanges are only available for defective items. Please provide a reason for the return or exchange, including what you would like to return or exchange for.

Merchandise must NOT be worn, altered, or washed to be eligible for return/exchange. Final sale items may not be returned or exchanged. Digital downloads, digital products, limited edition items, or pre-order items are final sale. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
