Enrie
FOUNDER + CEO
Enrie's journey began in Queens, New York, in the 1980s, where he immersed himself in the early hip-hop, freestyle and house music scenes. After moving to Los Angeles, he quickly rose to prominence with his energetic club sets, eventually securing his own show, The Power Workout, on the #1 radio station, Power 106. This show played a crucial role in introducing new dance music to over a million listeners every day. Enrie's influence went beyond radio; his first mix CD "Work It" became a bestseller, selling over 100,000 copies and allowing him to tour nationwide on a weekly basis. He also released several CDs through Underground Construction, Priority Records, and Moonshine Records.
Enrie continued his innovative streak with ventures like my12inch.com, the world's first mp3/video pool in 2006, and Beezo.net (an influential online DJ community in 2008 that hosted DJ mixes). His achievements include setting a Guinness World Record with a 44-hour DJ marathon live on the radio in Hollywood and expanding the Beezo brand with initiatives such as "Beezo Battle" (the first live streaming DJ battle in 2009) and the "Beezo Blog," highlighting DJ talent and music.
In 2011, Enrie moved to Las Vegas, where he retired from his DJ career while developing Beezo (currently through Patreon) into an essential music subscription service for DJs. His latest venture is BKSPN : A brand that represents the heart of the old school curated through the mind of a DJ.
Through his pioneering spirit and relentless dedication, Enrie continues to shape and evolve the world of music, leaving an indelible mark on the industry and inspiring countless DJs.
